Refund Policy

Refund window

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if Sonus does not work on your supported device or if you bought the licence by mistake and have not used it extensively.

Eligibility

Refunds are reviewed case by case. We may ask for your order email, Stripe receipt, device details, app version, and a short description of the issue so we can verify the purchase and diagnose the problem.

Non-refundable cases

Refunds may be declined after the refund window, for repeated refund abuse, for purchases made with incorrect account details that cannot be verified, or where the app works as described on a supported system.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through the payment processor. Bank and card processing times are outside Sonus control.

Licence after refund

When a refund is issued, the related premium licence can be disabled and registered machine access can be removed from the account.
