Use of Sonus
Sonus is a desktop software product for browsing, previewing, organizing, and using local audio samples. You may use Sonus only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account and must notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Licences
A paid licence gives one account access to the premium Sonus desktop app features, subject to the machine limits shown at checkout and in the dashboard. Licence sharing, resale, or attempts to bypass access controls are not allowed.
Your audio files
You keep ownership of the audio files you import or browse with Sonus. You are responsible for sample packs, recordings, loops, and any third-party content you use, including respecting copyright and licence restrictions.
Payments
Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. Prices, taxes, currencies, and receipts are displayed before purchase. Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy.
Availability
We aim to keep the website, accounts, checkout, and desktop licence checks available, but temporary interruptions can happen for maintenance, updates, provider outages, or technical issues.
Changes
We may update Sonus, these terms, prices, features, or supported platforms. Material changes will be reflected on this page or in the product before they take effect where required.
Limitation
Sonus is provided as a production utility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost projects, lost files, lost profits, or indirect damages. Always keep backups of important audio libraries and sessions.
